Are the villas at IP Villas pet-friendly?

Yes, some of our villas are pet-friendly. If you would like to take your pet on holiday, please contact us before confirming your booking to discuss whether pets are allowed in your chosen property.

What types of villas are available for rent at IP Villas?

We offer a range of luxury villas, and family homes with private pools, including beachfront, hillside, and family-friendly options, each equipped with modern amenities.

What is required to confirm a booking?

In order to confirm a booking, you will need to sign our booking contract, and process payment via bank transfer or credit card. We require a 40% deposit and, depending on the property, the balance of rental will be due either 42 days prior to arrival.

What is the dedicated concierge service? Is this included in my booking?

Upon booking, you will be introduced to our friendly concierge team, a member of our team who will assist you in tailoring your holiday with bespoke services and experiences. All services must be organized prior to your arrival.
