Noah House is a stylish four-bedroom holiday home in the peaceful village of Zaton Bay, just 8 km (5 miles) from Dubrovnik’s UNESCO-listed Old Town. It is designed for families and groups of up to eight guests. The home combines contemporary comfort with outstanding leisure facilities. A fully equipped kitchen makes home cooking effortless, while the spacious dining area is ideal for family meals and evening gatherings. The welcoming living room features two comfortable sofas and a satellite LCD TV. It also offers direct access to a furnished balcony overlooking beautiful Zaton Bay. The house offers four comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds. The remaining two have twin beds that can easily be converted into king-size beds on request. This provides flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups.

Outdoor living is where Noah House truly stands out. The private 280 m² outdoor area offers complete privacy and plenty of space to relax, entertain and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. A few steps above the main terrace, the heated swimming pool overlooks the peaceful waters of Zaton Bay. In addition, comfortable sun loungers and parasols surround the pool, creating the perfect place to unwind throughout the day.

The main terrace is designed for long summer days outdoors. Guests can relax in the lounge area, unwind in the hammock or prepare meals in the covered summer kitchen with a barbecue, bar seating, dining area and TV. A private hot tub provides another peaceful place to relax after a day exploring Dubrovnik and the surrounding coastline.

Guests looking for a little friendly competition can enjoy the private basketball court or challenge each other to a game of table tennis. Two complimentary stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) and two bicycles are also available. This makes it easy to discover the calm waters and scenic surroundings of Zaton Bay.
