A. Check in is at 4pm. You will arrive to a villa that is fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Check out is at 10am. When booking your own travel arrangements, please bear in mind the above information.
Q. Can we arrive to the villa before the check-in time ?
Q. Can we order a food shop before we arrive to the villa?
Many villas will do a food shop for you if you give us the list of items you would like. There will be a charge for this service, usually about 40 euro, in some cases more. Plus of course the cost of the food.
Q. Can I smoke inside of the villa?

A. Most of our villas provide one complimentary cot and one complimentary high chair. Please let us know if you require a cot / highchair so we can add this to your booking.
Q. Is my villa pet friendly?

Q. Are the pools heated?
A. More and more pools in our villas are heated. There may be an additional charge for the use of pool heating and a limit on the maximum temperature it will heat to. If there is a pool cover it is recommended that this is deployed when the pool is not in use as this will help the pool water retain heat.
Q. Is it possible to have a daily maid some days or every day?
Not in all villas. Some villas can provide a daily maid at extra cost and this can be specially arranged in advance. Daily maid usually costs 15 to 20 euro per hour.
